FRC is owned and operated by Tim Bobo, a 1980 graduate of Texas A&M University. Tim has been involved in both agriculture and construction for over 30 years. In 1985, Tim and his family moved to Fredericksburg, TX and started Texana Farm which is still involved in cattle production to date. In 2001, Tim began working in construction and building the successful business that today is FRC.

Tim is a licensed home builder through the Texas Residential Construction Commission and a member of the Hill County Home Builder's Association. His membership in both organizations can give you confidence in FRC's reputable status in the Hill Country building community.

Though Tim has recruited an exemplary work crew, he maintains a hands on attitude to insure the highest quality possible. Tim provides excellent customer service, specializes in quality, and loves a challenge.
